Our prices include just enough to cover the cost of postage and a small profit. If we were to send the exchange pair to you at our cost again we would be loosing money, not a great business strategy! We offer to help with exchanges which takes a lot of time and in business time costs money. I do not think £4 to go towards the postal costs and efforts is unreasonable, as do hundreds of buyers we have helped previously who were happy !!

Then said they would look into it. Not heard anything back. Would of returned but needed the boots. Dark brown is nothing close to the chestnut brown that was sent. This seller is letting buyers think that the item they are ordering is what is listed. Beware if buying from this seller you won't get what you ordered.
