Unfortunately, despite being incredibly well packed, the frame arrived with a crack in the glass. Called up Lord of the Mounts and have just received OUSTANDING customer service!!!!! Sorted and replaced same day. Other companies could learn a thing or two from this company. Special thanks to David for his chat, help and assistance. They are also brilliant and effective frames!
