Hi there I have the foam. It’s nice and solid. I’ll probably have to round off the edges. And any suggestions on how to get the cover on? I think it might be easier once I have softened the edges but is there a good way of doing this? Thank you

Thank you for the kind feedback! the best way to get the cover on is to do it like a bed sheet turn the cover inside out and then pull over a little bit at a time pushing down on the foam to make it easier.
