This was a very positive transaction, my first with this seller. The item was precisely as described. It was packed with great care and the shipping was timely. I was touched by the note enclosed stating that the seller was using proceeds from his site to pay off his student loans. Kudos!

At many points, this lack of leadership seems to be the unifying theme of the book. This is a "process" book - it is not attempting to survey or explore the legal issues (although in effect it does); rather, it is showing how the decisions are made - the influence of the clerks, the importance of coalitions on the Court, the importance of ...

  • LongRead

Takes too long to read. Woodward is a good researcher and a great staff, however, it takes him 4 pages what should take two paragraphs. Then you lose interest.....and fast forward. Great subject matter but needs a different writing style
