I ordered a wind screen from Slip Screens Limited. When it arrived, there was a crack about 3" down in the center of the screen. It was obvious that the damage occurred due to improper packaging between the screen and the top of the box. The sides and bottom were packaged well - but there was ZERO packaging material along inside top of the box. Since discovering the damage - I have emailed this company THREE times and have not received a response to any of the emails. Very dishonest company!
