1.1 If you exercise your right to cancel, the Product has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure:
1.2 Please contact us and receive authorisation for return / collection and your returns number.
1.3 Secure the Product and all of the original packaging materials including invoice in either the original box or one of similar stature
1.4 Mail the package if returning and label it for our address
1.5 If at time of call to customer services you were advised that the Product will be collected, please do as 1.3 but have the Parcel accessible for the courier to collect on the day agreed at time of call.
1.6 Returns for Products bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules:
1.7 You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.
1.7 Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.
1.8 Once the Product has been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.
1.9 All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.

Arrived damaged and really late too so wasn’t ideal being car was off the road. Actually had to temporarily glue the connector on as the clips were broken on arrival until a new regulator came for the alternator. Seller offered a refund on return but what use is that when the car is needed and you’ve already chased and waited for the thing. Been and bought a regulator at nearly the cost of the alternator itself with zero offer from the seller to partially refund. May as well have bought new

    Perfect intake manifold.

    I bought this to replace my intake manifold which was corroded and it had a small crack. I cleaned it properly, paint it and I put it back, it fits perfectly and there are no issues.
