Despite its age, its a pretty classy looking neat flip phone. Very slim, ideal shirt pocket size. A basic phone for texting and calls and with a decent battery life. Camera quality is not great and the piano black exterior will have to be carefully monitored to avoid scratching. For those of us who hate the look of a large Iphone.

It's just OK.The ring tone and text message tone are far too quiet and you can easily miss calls. The quality of voice reception from the caller again is very quiet and also a little garbled. Compared to my old Nokia 6310i in these areas the 6310i is head and shoulders better.

Purchased to replace older Nokia 6060 flip phone which had poor internal memory. This version much improved but navigating button not as good. Need to hit it correctly to get selection. Cover to charging port already has come adrift. Otherwise phone performs well with good battery life. Keeps signal better. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Bought as a replacement as dropped old one. Easy to use and stays scratch free due to flip cover. Very basic up that's all I wanted. Arrived on time but battery didn't fit properly so phone kept turning itself off. Contacted the supplier and they sent a new battery straight away. Now works fine. If you just want a simple phone to make calls and text that doesn't get scratched then this does the job. Ca era isn't great but only has 1.3 mp so what do you expect.

Compact and easy to use.I like that I am able to increase the font size. I would like a louder ring tone and message alert. I have it on the loudest setting but still miss calls and messages.Otherwise good value for money.

Good. Simple. small. lightweight. easy to use. Half the size of my old smart phone. Good product for the money.

Having dismissed the need for a travelling laptop which doubles up as a phone I settled for a product that focused on talking and text. If that is what you want then this phone is a serious contender - good battery life, easy to use key pad for the larger hand but not unwelcome for the more dainty amongst us. Added benefit that it avoids the inevitable scratched screen due to clam style.
I bought this because my other mobile phone (a Nokia 1100, which I had had for about 6 years) had recently died. I wanted another Nokia because I thought that it would operate in the same manner as my old one, so I wouldn't have to re-learn how to use it. This was mainly true. However, I hated the menu icons, having to access them first before actually knowing what they meant, a backward step in my opinion (I had been used to text headings, which are unambiguous). Next, when I first tried to write a text message, the screen first locked up, then went black. Nothing I did would bring it back to life. The only way I could get the phone working again was to remove and then refit the battery. Of course, my almost finished text message was gone! Eventually, I sent the message. At least, I think I did. There was no message saying 'message sent'. It wasn't in 'sent items'. I couldn't find it anywhere. Apparently, you have to select wether you want to save messages that you send. Even though I was able to do that, there was still no indication that the message had actually been sent. Another backward step. When reading a message, the screen displays about five and a half lines of text, so you have to go backwards and forwards a couple of times, to make sense of the last line showing on the screen. ANOTHER backwards step. All in all, I hated this phone. It may look quite nice, it does have a useful clock which is visible without opening the phone (it is a folder) and readable without spectacles, and it has a camera, but I'm glad I am now rid of it.Read full review
Im a bit of a ludite as far as technology is concerned so I stick to easy use stuff. This phone meets all my criteria for ease of use very simple to use bigish buttons for thick fingers, easy emailing with this which is a big plus. On the down side not able to put a micro card in it so limited memory but enough for me.
I bought the Nokia 2720 fold as I liked it's looks and compactness. It is not heavy and fits in my pocket with no problem and suited my requirment as a fairly simple phone. I like the clear screen and the easily depressed buttons and also the long battery life. What I have found after a couple of weeks is that I have lost all the ring tones, alert tones and themes and would be pleased if anybody could get them back for me.
