Very disappointing. Car cover arrived roughly packaged in what looked like bin bags.Not at all like the advertised photos, i.e a neatly packaged case.It was obviously a "return".Contacted the seller for an exchange for what I'd paid for, a NEW car cover.But was completely ignored. I was refunded in full though. My advice,..don't bother.Badly run business.

The seller asked me to return the box for the refund but why should I pay the return postage £3.19? It was not my fault that the seller sent to me the box WITHOUT LID. Poor communication. Disappointing experience.
