Before I bought 2 teapots, I wrote the owner if he can combine the shipping. The owner said YES. That’s the only reason I bought 2.
After I was charged for 2 shippings I wrote him again, asking why he didn’t honor the agreement. He said, he could not do anything about it. …than why he promises he would??

Items did not fit the metal carriage so were faulty. This seller wants me to pay for postage to send a faulty item back. Communication is awful and now I do not trust seller if I send them back, the items are very nice they just do not fit together so will be dangerous with hot food in them.
