If you're training at all you will need these 3 nutrients in your stack/diet. I've found they help with recovery and seem to help keep mood level. Way too big. 20mm long, 8mm wide, 6mm deep. Near impossible to swallow. After 2 weeks no apparent benefit. If you are buying to help with night leg cramps, definitely didn't work for me last night. Will be looking for an alternative.

At first didn’t know if they worked, but suddenly my nails started to grow and my hair is healthier and Shinier, I also feel good. Just about to buy my second lot. I take 2-3 every morning and I can now definitely tell the difference, not sure about any other health benefits though
