I bought these as I'm a plumber. Thought I'd have a great selection never have to go merchant's match up again or buy 3 or 4 different sets . I've used theses now twice and not one in the selection fitted the body I was replacing. I just presumed it was bad luck on the first tap . But then different tap different job no not one fitted again . I've had to go to screwfix and buy sets that fit properly. Most of them don't even match up with table tester either . So know not good for £170

I can honestly say out of 861 of these sold to date you are the only person who has ever complained about this tap box. All I can say is you must be very unlucky. Maybe you were expecting them to fit every tap on the UK market with 25 pairs?? Not sure. Feedback doesn't reflect the item at all. I'm sure you will continue to use it and be able to change many pairs of tap valves with this box as loads of other happy customers has. Sorry you felt the need to leave negative feedback????
