The top was delivered in a large Manila envelope that was open. The envelope was not sealed properly or it was a previously used envelope with no adhesive. The white tissue wrapping was dirty and hanging out of the envelope. The blouse was wrinkled into a roll to be made to fit the envelope.
Luckily the blouse was not damaged just extremely wrinkled.
