Seller communication is good. Sadly the item I ordered was t what I received and in comparison it was a lot smaller and the silicone was flimsy in comparison so I’m returning it, I’ll repair the one I bought a few years ago instead as it’s far superior. But it was a one off and my experience with the seller is positive and I would shop with them again without concern.
I brought a grey silicone white plastic collapsible laundry basket rectangular and got a smaller flimsy oval one instead.
