I can’t be certain they have been used but bc there was no seal on any of the lip glosses ordered it could be ANYTHING inside. No guarantees it’s even the product I intended to purchase. Typically products may come with some slight flaws but these look they’ve been tumbling in the bottom of someone’s purse for ages. I can’t use them “pre-opened” so this was money wasted.
