Toilet is warped so much that the toilet seat doesn't sit flush. Visually you can see that the whole toilet is warped. I sent pictures showing difference with spirit level and they state it's within tolerances. I genuinely can't believe how poorly they've handles this.
If you look closely you can see that I've had to pack one side by 5mm to get it level...ish!
Awful company. Think i dodged a bullet though as i was going to purchase the full suite for upstairs.

this item was bought at the end of March a couple of days after purchase I was informed it was out of stock until May and offered either a refund or wait for more stock I decided to wait. I cannot speak more highly of this company. true to their word they messaged me to say it was back in stock and when it was being delivered. It came on time exceptionally well packaged.
