    Beautiful

    This is, without any shadow of a doubt, some of the finest salami that I have ever tasted. Moist, with great textures and flavours but the real genius touch is the juicy, nutty Fennel Seeds which give such a wonderful finish. To be entirely honest, I don't want anyone else to buy this Finocchiona so that I can have it all for myself-it really is that good!

    Finnochiona salami fix

    Wanted to satisfy my salami craving so ordered some salami and gave this Finnochiona Fennal a try. It was a great flavoured soft salami that truly melted in your mouth as the ( back ) fat content got creamier the more you chewed it. The fennel was a nice touch that was adequately seasoned without being overpowering. I was quite pleased with the salami and will certainly order more from this company. The salami arrived packaged in a cool sleeve complete with ice packs to keep it cold. A thoughtful and caring touch that shows they do things right.

    A must for salami lovers

    This product is usually expensive and requires a certain taste as it is quite a flavourful salami compared to normal salami but worth a try if you can get a small sample first
