    Great basic toner

    This toner doesn't really do anything special, but that's okay because I don't need toners that work like serums do anyway. The texture is great, perfect for giving that hydrated feel and not too sticky. It does have a bit of a strange fermented smell, but it's fairly faint and I don't mind it.
