    We cannot get it to work on low heat. Lights come on but no fan or heat. It works on high. No manual or troubleshooting instructions came with it. We would like to return it and replace it with one that works on all settings.

    I love the Eden Pure heater and chose to buy it because I have an older model that is still in good working condition. The only issue I have is it did not come with a manual or warranty paperwork.

    not much area heated

    Very disappointed in that it does not heat room like our other Eden Pure which we had for 10 years, It is quiet running and easy to control. Overpriced
