Poor quality.
As this seems to be the main contact printer frame on the market one might expect it to be very good. However, I found it to be quite difficult to load the negatives as the sleeves into which they slot were very tight. I looked on the Paterson website for a solution to this problem and they confirm that it can be quite difficult when new and that their suggestion is to run a finger nail along each of the slots/sleeves in order to loosen them. This did not fill me with confidence as if I then wanted to return it, I might have damaged the sleeves and then not be eligible for a refund. All in all, I consider it to a product of mediocre design accompanied by poor quality control at the manufacturer.
