We are sorry but we do not accept bank cheques. This is because they take long to clear (posting to us time + 4 to 5 working days after presenting in the bank) - WHICH - inevitably means that we have to delay posting items AND THIS sometimes leads to (undue) customer dissatisfaction.
We would like to make it clear that e-cheque takes longer to clear and we cannot do anything about it. Please note we only dispatch the item when the clear payment is transferred into our account which may in some cases take upto 10 or more working days so apologies if this delays your item but it is beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 7 day returns policy. (Item should reach us within 7 working days after you have received it)
This policy applies to all items other than individuals requested customised cut to size fabrics (this does not apply to the standard off cut selections we offer as these are specified by cut to size measurements on the ads). This is because we only cut individuals requested customised cut to size fabric off the rolls as per customer orders and therefore cannot sell a ready cut piece to another customer.
If you are not happy with your purchase and decide not to keep the item after receiving it, you are free to send it back to us unused and in the condition that it was delivered. You will have to bear the return postage costs in such a case.
Upon receipt of such an item, we shall raise an unpaid item strike in eBay, stating that " The buyer has returned the items" - After which, you will receive an email from eBay asking you to confirm this - your confirmation will enable us to get our fees back from EBay and it will also relieve you from the transaction completely.
We will then give you a partial refund (deducting the first postage amount) through Pay-Pal - This way you do not get charged a fee for receiving money in Pay-Pal and we get our fees back too.
This is a fair policy where both (buyer and seller) get a winning situation.
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of ITEM Receipt to allow us to rectify things ASAP.
SERVICES
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we try our level best to offer a good shopping experience to our customers.
We will try to answer your questions as soon as we can hence if you have any doubts or queries please feel free to ask.
We get a postal receipt for every item that we post out. This is so that in case of items getting lost or damaged etc. there is evidence available which can be provided to you.
For items of a low value, once Goods have been left at the Post Office then obviously all responsibility lies with them.
Our Company will not be held responsible for such loss or damage.
We will however provide you with the proof of postage.
Please understand that once we hand-in an item into the post office, we do not have any control over its delivery time! It is completely in Royal Mail's domain and only they can resolve problems (if any) associated with that item. We will of course give our full support to buyers in order that they receive the items they paid for in condition that they expect.
Another important thing to Note is that although Royal Mail have set time scales for their various delivery methods, but it does happen many a times, that the item takes much longer! In such events please allow at least 21 days before any claims or enquiries be made with Royal Mail. This is the minimum waiting period set by Royal Mail and before which, they won't provide any feedback or support. Therefore we request you to please be patient on such occasions. also please be aware that should you miss or be out at the time your parcel is being delivered it is not always the case that a postman leaves a ticket to let you know they have called, could not post it through your letter box etc., in this event, it gets held at the main sorting or post office in your area so please make this your first port of call to enquire if they are holding it for you should you think it has been lost or is taking time to arrive thank you
If in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please email us prior to leaving negative feedback as we are sure we can resolve any issues you may have mutually. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours, except at weekends.
SHIPMENT
We may discount postage on multiple purchases! For UK buyers only, please press the "request an invoice button" and wait for an invoice to be sent.
We usually ship items within 48 hours of receipt and clearance of payment.
Royal Mail is our preferred postal carrier however on certain occasions and depending on the nature of items, we do also use alternative courier services.
Please note that if you require a particular timed service such as "Next Day", or delivery before end of a business day; please ask for a quote before committing to purchase an item.
All posted items for UK via Royal Mail are insured up to the value of £34 anything above that, insurance is optional and paid by the buyer so please indicate prior to winning that you require extra insurance so it maybe added to your invoice.
For European and all international destinations, please request a postage quote before purchasing an item, as costs vary widely depending on location and size / weight of items. In case you buy without confirmation you will have to pay the P&P charges we quote that we incur for shipment destination.
All international bidders please note that you will be responsible for the payment of any Import Tax/Duty that your country may require.
