    Civil Procedure Savior

    Glannon's Civil Procedure Examples and Explanations is the only study-aid that our Civ Pro professor recommends. She would know what the "best" is, as she created and edited our course materials for Civil Procedure I and II for the the 1L year. The study aid is great with explaining concepts in more detail and then letting your practice applying it.

    Civil Procedure by Joseph W. Glannon (2006)

    Best Civ Pro guide out there. Glannon is the Civ Pro authority and his examples help sort out all of the complex issues. My prof used hypos that seemed to come right out of Glannon. I think it is a must have for 1Ls.

    Civil Procedure by Glannon (2006)

    Good compilation for first year civil procedure classes. Although not keyed to my book, it discusses many of the seminal cases in civil procedure that werre discussed in my class.

    Excellent

    Very helpful to study for final. No multiple choice, but the questions at the end of each chapter really simplify the material. Great for jurisdiction.
