Delivery: Every effort is taken to deliver orders with the shortest time frame possible. If an item will be delayed we will email to let you know. The delivery lead times are given in good faith as an indication of the estimated time. If you are not happy with the time given you will be entitled to a full refund, if item is not dispatched.
If we have tried to deliver on two separate occasions but still to no avail the goods will go to the courier’s depot. The goods will stay there for three days. If still no arrangements have been made by the customer the parcel will be returned to us, incurring a return charge of £40.00 which the customer must cover. We also have the right to recharge a delivery cost. If this is not acceptable we will issue a refund but minus the return carriage charge of a min £40.00.
UK delivery quotes are for Mainland UK only. Please be aware that some remote or high areas in Scotland etc. will not be included in the listing price as well as the Isles & Irelands. Please see the listing map & please contact us for alternative locations.
We do accept returns/exchanges, please read the following terms.
 
Returns/Exchange: In line with the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to a refund on a product if you notify the reason via email & we receive the item within 30 calendar days from the date that the item was delivered. This will entitle you to a full refund including the original standard carriage charge. No upgraded or International carriage charges will be refunded.
If the product is in the original package, unused & re-saleable, we require the purchaser to select & pay for the return option. We would advise insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels whilst on the return route to us. Once received & inspected that the product has no sign of wear or damage we will issue a refund on the original purchase price and original carriage charged by us if received with in the above time frame.
We will issue refunds within 7 days from the receipt of the goods back at our premises.
 
"Damaged on arrival" If goods are damaged on arrival please inform us immediately. We state clearly on all our packages that damages must be reported with- in 24 hours of receipt. If the box is visually damaged on delivery, please sign courier delivery notes as "damaged" or reject the parcel. If you find the item is damaged please notify us immediately or with- in 24 hours of the delivery time. If this guide line above has been met we will arrange to replace the item in the shortest time possible.
 
"Faulty Products" All of our products sold have a one year guarantee or more if stated. We would require the fault to be reported to us via email and we will do our best to help. Most items will be repaired if possible. Appliances have a manufacturer's guarantee and that manufacture should be contacted for these products first as they will carry out repairs as required.
 
“Fitting”: If a customer arranges for the item to be installed themselves, then the agent they appoint is responsible for any problems from the installation, not the retailer. We will not be responsible for, or pay for any consequential loss. Please check the product is of a satisfactory quality & condition prior to the fitting is commenced.
