There was a delay with Royal Mail delivering the parcel. In the end I received more than I asked for, as well as a full refund and all i had to do was pay a small fee to Royal Mail. Customer service was excellent, very good communication and swift replies and resolved all the issues in the end. Highly trustworthy and helpful seller. Also, item was described as 100 pieces and there were at least 102 in the pack so there are a few extra to spare!
