    saved my 16kg flour.

    It arrived on time. I bought 16kg Canadian very strong flour from Costco but it kept fail rising. Adding this vital wheat gluten 25g to a small loaf make a good bread.

    Bread again!

    My daughter introduced me to this. I just add a little to my plain flour and can now bake bread again. It id difficult to get strong bread flour here.

    Excellent results
