Fish arrived in perfect condition 3 fish all in separate bags all of which were double bagged to ensure they didn't leak into the polystyrene box that was very well secured. Fish appear healthy and are lively with no signs of whitespot. Communication with seller before purchase was prompt and professional. Further communication from seller that had been posted and tracking reference given. Delivery before 1pm next day after despatch would use again. Thank you im a very happy customer.

Extremely well packed, 18 babies ordered, various kinds, royal mail turned up unexpectedly & unannounced, before I was expecting & then took off again with parcel as i was at shop, couldn't catch them & had to wait another 24 hours 😞 only one casualty tho ! which says a lot for standard of care & packaging {not a seller issue}.. good service, good delivery, but do check for updates !! I'm northern Ireland so occasionally deliveries are treated differently. I will use seller's store again 😊
