I had to return this item a Honeywell diverter valve that cost £89 inc postage. My contractor wouldn’t fit the item as he wanted to get from his own supplier, and the discount to him no doubt. My purchase here was complete and top quality and I had to send it back regrettably. This company refunded my £89 incl postage. I am only sorry I had to return the item through no fault of theirs.

Good product. Works from the start.
Looks brand new. Protected well from delivery hazards. Works OK from the start. The existing seal round the outlet had failed so I put some high temperature silicone in addition rather than spend more money on a new one. Slightly more vibration than the existing fan whose bearings were failing. One of the three original fixing screws had become loose so I put a slightly bigger one in. Would recommend that even though you switch off power you tape up connectors when removed so ELCB not tripped by neutral to earth connection.Looks brand new. Protected well from delivery hazards.
