RETURNS:

1. All returns will be accepted as long as the door is in its original wrapping, with item re-saleable as new. The doors are supplied in clear packaging for ease of inspection.

2. We cannot accept any door back that has been damaged, trimmed, decorated or worked on in any way.

If we have made a mistake, please contact us via the eBay messaging system so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Delivered but damaged - In all instances we ask customers check the doors and outer packaging carefully upon delivery and before the driver leaves the premises. Damage found inside the packaging must be reported immediately accompanied with photographs via the eBay messaging system. Items noted as damaged on delivery must be reported whilst the driver is still there as we may require them to take the damaged goods away with him. Should damages be reported we will discuss the best solution with the buyer and make every effort to resolve the matter within a time frame that suits both parties.

If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong item we can exchange the item subject to stock availability, however additional postage charges will apply. To request a return or exchange please submit the request using the the eBay messaging system so all communications are documented.
