1. Before purchasing please make sure that the item fits your vehicle as parts correctly supplied are not refundable

2. We aim to dispatch our parts within 1 working day however during busy periods it may take longer which you will be informed about

3. There is no collection available

4. Feedback shall be left once we receive it from you, if you feel there is a problem please contact us first

5. Any parts damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 Hours of accepting the goods so the problem can be rectified.

6. Goods to be returned at the expense of the customer in the same condition as they were received and well packaged. We must be contacted first by email to ensure an intended return is noted and expected on the system. Refunds will only be made upon the return and checking of the goods to our premises. Any item being returned as ( unwanted or purchased by mistake or dosen't fit ) will be at the expense of the buyer. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. There is a £20 Handling fee and genuine postage costs of £15 on the return of any undamaged items.

7. No items will be accepted for return after 14 days from the date received by customer.

8. Items being returned for refund must be returned in original packaging. We will provide whatever details we can to help check compatibility.

9. Refunds will not be issued for parts that have been dismantled or otherwise tampered with
