    Received the items today. Initially was a bit concerned that there was not a single ''Fragile" label on the box, but it was quite well packed. No damage. The sugar bowl indeed has a small chip, not just a mark, but that is okay. Happy to have extra plates and saucers just in case one gets broken. The cake plate in really excellent condition. Cups especially not clean, couldn't believe it, but after soaking and with sponge, nice and clean. Thank you!

    Labelling comment IS misleading, since eBay and a recent potential buyer have queried it. My quality PACKAGING (double-boxed + further impact insulation) is what delivered this bone chine from NW UK to South Africa in the listed condition as advertised. 'Cups not clean' - tea set was long stored and as stated in listing and emails to/from us both, so your 'couldn't believe it' remark is wholly wrong. Ebay depends on sellers listing items accurately and buyers depending ONLY on that to buy.
