I like the fact that they're color coordinated so that once you know what spoon each color reps, you do not have to waste time "reading" each spoon before every use. The ONLY DEFICIT IS that there is no steel bar which can optionally be mounted to the inside of a kitchen cabinet door where you can easily snap the spoons back into place once you're done with them. I'll just have to make my own as I will NOT BE USING THEM UNTIL I GET A BAR LIKE THAT, for convenience.
