It was, of course, stuck on top of the English option so I will now have to get the cleaning instructions from their website.

I'm glad I bought this product.
The baking pan is really good quality. We have only used it a few times, so can't tell what long-term use will be like, but we also use a frying pan of the same make which is great, and really is non stick. This make is more expensive than a lot of other makes, but it should be much better with the usual non-stick surfaces coming off in bits and landing in your food. You don't need to scrub it much when washing up which is good.The baking pan is really good quality. I bought an air fryer and wanted a pan to go inside so i got this one, I'm not disappointed, been using it nearly every day since i got it and nothing has stuck so far and i haven't used ant oils or fat, it's still looks like new, really great pan.
