comes with a 12m guarantee which is fab. If you don’t bother to read the small writing like I didn’t please note you will have to pay a £30 deposit which you get back once they have received your faulty alternator. You only get 2 weeks to send your old one to them so only order once you know you can get it fitted otherwise you’ll lose your deposit and warranty. They provide all the postal fees and you simply return it in the box they sent your new one in. Great seller, Great communication.

Alternator was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. Looked like brand new and was the correct Mercedes branded 180volt for AMG models. As it turned out that I did not need it and the seller was very helpful arranging for return from there end and sending me a return label to use and processed a full refund minus about £3.75 for the cost of return which I thought was very fair and also refunded the cost of the exchange service in full. Would definitely use again. Many thanks.
