    Jay Cutler Ripped to shreds 2005

    I'm getting back into shape and i wanted some tips from a pro i'm a fan of jay and ronnie but what i liked about jay's video is that he takes his work out and nutrition more into detail and this can really help a guy needing the extra push and motivation to set goals and commit to them. You won't regret buying this or his other video's.

    Jay Rocks!

    Jay is by far the best bodybuilder on the scene at this time. This 2 Disk dvd is a great documentary of him and his lifestyle. Very detailed and he is not afraid to talk about his diet in fear of "giving one up on his competetors" like some other bb'rs do. Ronnie does not compare in the aspect of representing the sport, Jay is miles ahead of him.
