The item i purchased was for a left hand drive car and I need it for a right hand drive vehicle in the description it didn’t mention left or right, raised my concerns and then they tried to get me a right hand drive part but it would take 4weeks to arrive so they offered me a refund straight away and I accepted,would definitely use these people again great service and communication.

Item arrived in decent time considering it came from china, unfortunately I was unable to use it as it arrived damaged. This is no doubt down to the couriers mishandling it and no fault of the seller.
I won't be returning it as it is such a low value item it is not worth the effort, it will just go in the bin.
