Firstly, You received your drees within 7 weeks (not 13 weeks) because you ordered custom made with lots of changes and your measurements was incorrect which delayed the making process as we needed you to correct it. it would have been also good if you could upload the real picture of the dress you received so that people can see and decide for themselves.

My main issue is that the seller's communication is poor and antagonistic, and despite the description not mentioning additional charges for anything, she told the item didn't come in my size (the description said it did), and she would have to charge more for my height. She then sent me an invoice OUTSIDE of eBay (through PayPal) and asked me to pay. Item received 7 weeks from purchase.
