Product arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged and contained all labeled parts. No written directions, although pictures were fairly easy to follow. Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!
