    Product came as in photo however did not work. In terms of experience. I have attempted to reach out to seller multiple times through the process. No communication at all. Whilst seller had posted new items on during this time. In regards to shipping, they shipped the item late, over a week. On the second last day available given by Ebay. As the item was faulty, I attempted to reach out to the seller for a refund. I had sent the item back. I had to reach out directly to Ebay to get a refund.

    Happy with these drives, but there was not enough padding in the box. One drive had escaped from the bundle, and was rattling about by itself, totally unprotected. Please do better next time.
