For reference, my measurements are 36-29.5-39.5, I carry weight from the waist down. I got these in size 16, they are loose in the waist and stomach area, but I will keep them, put an extra button on them and order another pair in size 14. I also bought the capri jeans in size 14 and 16, The 14 fit really well so I did not try on the 16 in that pair. These have a lot of stretch, are very soft and comfortable
