    Excellent process & communication. I have fitted the new pump & my shower now works again. I sent my digital processor 2 them for a repair & they told me that it needed further repairs. It's a bit like when I take my car 2 a garage; I don't know what they're talking about! I had 2 trust them! In the end, they offered me a refurbished 1 & I paid more than I intended 2 pay. I could have got a refurbished 1 cheaper elsewhere, but there U go. The price was OK. The item they sent was smart & clean.

    Although I was slightly confused about the method of assessment and repair to my Aqualiser shower processor the sellers quickly explained the process.(I didn’t appreciate that the initial payment was for the diagnostic) They informed me of reasons and quoted me a cost of repair and parts needed and informed me of overall condition of processor. I mailed on Monday and I received it back by Friday! I showered in the evening and it was perfect. Great communication and FANTASTIC service!
