    Good for IBS, Diverticulitis etc

    These 30ml bottles are packed full of herbal and floral extracts by the very reputable company of Jan de Vries. You take 5 drops in a small glass of water( I use a sherry schooner ) 3 times a day. They are specially formulated for IBS and do help to sooth the symptoms though you need to think about going on a Specific Carbohydrate Diet ( see GAPS by Dr Campbell Mcbride; Paleo diet by Dr Sarah Ballantine etc) to really sort the problem fully. However, even after taking them for just a day, I felt a lot better and the symptoms were far less even though I was away on holiday so struggling to stay grain free etc. It’s only a small bottle so fits into your purse or bag. Very reasonable as it lasts for ages. The only downside is towards the end of the bottle, it’s hard to get the drops into the ...
