Awful experience. Seller sent the wrong item and when I reached out the response was gaslighting, then stopped responding (conversation attached). I reached out on 01/23 and today is 02/07, still haven't received a response from the seller. On top of that, package came open/broken. Awful packaging/handling and the supposedly new shawl had HUMAN HAIRS and lint. Gross and terrible experience. They seemed to have decent reviews so probably I was unlucky. What a way to waste almost $50.

I haven't received my items and have attempted to contact the seller 3X. I've had to turn it over to eBay to resolve.
The same items are still listed for sale at the same price. The tracking # provided does NOT show that the items were shipped, just that the label was created. Sellers that don't respond to communications are not worth buying from.
