    A good option for space saving workouts.

    Sturdy and well designed, I did not want to take up loads of space with an array of sized kettlebells in the house given that me and my wife both would be using them, this works well. The selector is super easy to use and it just works.

    Bowflex products ROCK!

    So glad to get the Bowflex Kettlebell - easy to use, many exercises can be done right in your living room. Good choice for full body workouts including balance, focus, muscle elongation as posture is a must! I follow up with Yoga for stretching, stress / tension reduction. I use this as an ancillary to Bowflex Blaze, Bowflex SelectTech 10/90 dumbbells resistance training with Bowflex bench. Bowflex makes a premium product line. Highly recommend!

    Great versatile kettlebell

    This product is awesome, I haven’t used other adjustables but the quality seems to be great the first few uses, I don’t imagine any of the components breaking easily in the future. Very impressed with this that I bought a 2nd one.

    Great for swings

    It's perfect for swings. The handle is a little more slippery than a standard kettle bell. Also the handle is in the shape of a square making it hard to hold for squats like a regular kettle bell which is easier to grab and hold. But as long as I am working out at home, it is a good tool to have.
