"Looks like a great gift"
Actually, I bought this to give as a Christmas gift and it hasn't actually been used yet. It is going to my granddaughter who was in U.F. the same time as this so I'm sure that it will be well received but I can't really say anything about it except the packaging is very nice.

First of all, you can relive what the NCAA world thought was a major upset (but, true Gator fans knew all along was no real contest) with the Florida Gators destroying the proud, undefeated, but obnoxiously over-confident Ohio State Buckeyes, 41 to 14, in the 2006 BCS Championship Game! Along the way, the disc also highlights the entire season! Wow! Only a national title could be sweeter than beating up on most of your arch-rivals over the course of a season (watch as UT, LSU, GA and FSU all fall victim to a Gator chomp in 2006)! Gator fans can watch professionally narrated footage in easily digested segments of just over seventy minutes. NOTE: If you want to relive the entire ... This reviewers opinion is that while this is NOT the absolute best sports annual review or championship disc I have ever purchased, and with minimal effort I could be persuaded to vote it down to a Good rating, I will still rate it EXCELLENT because of the price (i.e., overall value) I was able to purchase it for. I believe that I would have been slightly disappointed to have paid full MSRP for this DVD when it was released, and believe that even loyal fans like myself would find it more enjoyable if it can be located as a less expensive used copy. Unless, now that another championship game has been played, you may (like myself) find a bargain sealed disc still available. Chomp out a 'helpful vote' if you're a Gator! Thanks for your time. Nostalgic Experience!
The footage used in the video was fantastic. There were many scenes that seem to be exclusive. The movie is fast-paced and loaded with action. Interviews of players and coaches give an inside perspective of the thought process throughout the year. Definitely worth the money, as I will be watching this every CFB season.

This is a must have for all Florida Gator fans, this was the year the big hype of Ohio State was shut up, GO GATORS!

All the essentials, but lacking style.
Being a Gator, I was excited to see the 2006 in review. The DVD has all the big plays of the year, and is pretty complete as a way to remember the year. However, the DVD's editing of the live action is confusing and distracting. They'd show 4 angles and a buble screen as it happens, and its frustrating to watch, wish they'd just leave it on one angle. The lockeroom shots are great, but with they had more of the behind the scenes clips. Overall, DVD is worth having, but it could have been a lot better.Being a Gator, I was excited to see the 2006 in review.
