      It does as it says in the tin

      It gives a good round sealant for the cutting and dries up quite quickly. The only minor downside is the rather dark brown colour which can be difficult to spot where the cutting is.

      Unobtanium

      I can't speak for it's quality but given it's made from diamond swarf and uranium deposits it must be good. That's why the container is a 600g size but they only sell it 1/3 full at 200g because let's be honest, the mfr would get criticized if customers really saw that the product would fit in the bottom of a cup. In short, I managed to cover one 300 dia. Limb and there's a bit left 🙄

      Sets fastish and waterproof within a couple of hours

      Great for grafting many small scions but don't use if rain is imminent within an hour or two because this will remain wet to the touch if it gets wet before it really sets hard. Having said that, it does set within about half an hour and is hard to the touch by then. The staying power of this, once set is great and it gives a tiny bit of flexibility too, but not much, so keep an eye on it over the year and top it up if necc, to stop the rain getting in. I have used plumbers tape and strips of plastic bags under this to give a really good solid union. I have used nothing else to seal my grafts which weathers up so well and highly recc. it

      good product but short of the stated weight

      It would make it better if they got the weight right, it was under the stated weight and that included the container (gross weight), so the contents (less than a third of the tub) would be even less. nevertheless the product itself probably does the job ok.
