XL ...size wise it fits the panniers as well
I've only just got the cover and one of the things I couldn't find out before I bought was whether it would fit over the panniers as well as the top box. Yes it does... and the cover still reaches the floor. This is on a Triumph Tiger 800 XRX with the Adventure panniers and top box. I've also got a Madstad windscreen which makes the front height of the bike 5 ft. I've had to rate the cover before using it which I will be doing in a couple of weeks... but previous reviews range from : useless... wet after one night , to excellent had it ages and bike remains dry, so my experience is unlikely to shed any more light on its weatherproof qualities... I put 4 stars as there is only one click fastener which goes under the mid part of the bike.. there is a slit at the front for a tie that can go ... Lightweight and easy to fit, but from previous experience wont last long.
I am now on the third of these covers. They do not last long before disintegrating - reckon on 18-24 months continuous outdoor use ! However on the plus side, and why I keep buying, it is very light and easy to fit and fits well if you have a top box and for the most part does a pretty good job at keeping the bike dry, dust free and out of the sun. Other negatives - the strap is in the middle and does need to be fastened; this means getting down on hands and knees while trying to retrieve the strap (bloody annoying if its windy - why not fit straps at either ends that could feed through the wheels). Oxford Aquatex CV207 XL covers Honda ST1300 PanEuropen
Oxford Aquatex Outdoor Waterproof Motorcycle Dust Cover Extra Large with top box (CV207) is large enough to cover a Honda ST1300 PanEuropean with paniers and top box. I have not used it for long, so cannot comment on its durability yet. But it looks and feels quite robust. My fear before buying was the size of the cover. I had bought many XL covers that did not properly cover the large motorcycle the PanEuropean is. So I am please the CV207 XL is more than adequately cover. Oxford Motorcycle Cover
I recently bought this for a Triumph Bonneville, I opted for the extra large cover to make sure it was a good fit. If anything it is a bit large but better to be covered than not. The fabric seems good quality and it is easy to fit and store. It has a belt that fits under the bike by the centre stand and holes for a padlock and chain to fit through the wheels. Not sure about this cover, only used it a couple of times and although it is a good fit it seems very flimsy, very light. It does the job, looks good and it's very easy to get on and off, so what else can I say. Only time will tell but happy at the moment.
