perfect tone
after trying many makes and gauges for my guitar I have settled for the steel silk strings that give the perfect tone for what I want. I have found the balance between low end depth and high end clarity that suits my playing. The Martin Steel Silk may be slightly more expensive than the Bronze varieties but the difference is more than worth it. Silk and Steel Strings
I’ve not used Silk and Steel strings before, and I am so pleased with the sound and tone they produce. I will be replacing my ordinary steel strings with Martin Silk and Steel strings as they come up for replacement.
