as explained i have used this packaging for years, this is only the 2nd time a parcel has been damaged by Royal mail, customer given a solution but opted to leave negative feedback

the packet arrived today. the top had been opened and there was an empty clear bag inside. I have contacted the seller but up to yet havent had a reply. i was going to open a not recieved case but as the empty envelope was delivered i cannot do this. not happy

As advised in my reply iwork monday to friday, buyer contacted me over the weekend, Buyer asked to contact local mail office as Royal usually put damaged parcels in a royal mail bag with a advise sticker on
