They took the item out and provided pictures before sending to prove the item was in pristine condition and sent pictures of the shipping process for peace of mind.     Not user friendly

    Its very different from the version 2 that I loved. Im really disappointed its no longer easy to use. I can't find the old features that I wanted it for. I guess I will have to keep using my old version.

    Had 2.0 and loved it. This is a little confusing, but better than version 5.

    Can't save image as a JPG.

    I need to save images as JPG but the only way to do that is by emailing them. Photo Explosion only saves images in its own format. Guess I'll have to stick with PhotoImpact.
