    Please read the lisiting description. It clearly states that item is sent foled in A5 envelope. Using a larger size envelope increases cost and postage cost and generally buyers don't want to pay more. However we are happy to send unfolded if you contact us before ordering and pay the additional cost. I don't understand why you would buy the item to complain about it?
