I am sorry if my review is inappropriate, but I am confused. I ordered in April ( different supplier ) then had email from eBay, as mentioned in my review. I was told they would resend or refund me. I received refund & then received a replacement of 3 boxes. I reordered with yourselves on the 17th May, dispatched on the 18th but as yet, not received ( as per eBay purchases page ) The packaging on both orders, totally different. The latter order was for the packing with the eye on. Cheers

Eyes felt better immediately after one use. Did not wash off. Keep eyes titly closed. Used a lid brush selling on ebay for £5 with it. Very happy. Had blepharitis for many years. Onto a winner now. Under Moorfields eye hospital seeing them end of this month I am sure there will be a massive improvement. Tried many lid scrubs this is by far the best.
